A Handful of Everything

Kristian Fracchia

Suitable for all ages, this workshop is about seeing the world, and ourselves, exactly as we are!
Our journey begins by sitting quietly with a handful of soil to see how the whole world is hidden inside it. By looking closely, we can find the warm sunlight, splashing rain, crunchy leaves, and rich compost that make the earth come to life. From there, we turn that same curious gaze inward to notice our own thoughts and feelings as they flow by. Viewing our inner world this way helps our heavy worries feel much lighter. Finally, we extend this kindness to the people around us. Just like the soil, everyone has a unique story that shaped who they are today. When we observe that there are many hidden reasons why people act the way they do, our kind actions can help them feel understood and help them grow in new ways.

Recipe of the Imagination

Siblings- Mynette Richardson, Rodan Smith & Cassie Smith

A cooking demonstration by "The Siblings of Spice" focused on:
The Recipe of the Imagination: Encouraging creativity and experimentation.
Simplicity of Seasonal Produce: Highlighting fresh, local, and easily accessible ingredients.
Getting Children Involved: Making cooking fun, educational, and engaging for kids. What began as childhood curiosity in their grandmother’s bountiful garden and fragrant kitchen has become a lifelong mission: to celebrate culture through food. Whether they’re stirring pots in bustling street markets, learning ancient recipes in remote villages, or sharing humble meals with families who welcome them like their own, the Siblings of Spice approach every destination with open hearts and hungry souls.
Their dishes reflect the world they wander—bold, warm, soulful, and rooted in the belief that food is the greatest connector we have. Through every journey, every shared table, and every vibrant plate, the Siblings of Spice remind us that the true magic of cooking lies not just in what we taste, but in who we share it with.
