Two days in 2025

We are excited to trial a two day event in 2025, having received overwhelming support from our local food vendors. We are also moving to a ZERO Waste event.

So what does this mean for the foodies?

  • Increased Profits as you will no longer need single use packaging...(Though in our trial year please bring a back up supply of compostable packaging, in case we encounter problems restocking reusable plates and tumblers)

  • Please take your food van waste home to be sorted and recycled.

  • We have increased the site fees to reflect a two day event and to cover the cost of managing the collection and washing of the re-usable plates, bowls and tumblers

  • Expressions of interest are sought from vendors who can commit to attending both days. One day Vendors will be NOT be accepted

  • Food vendors will be allowed to leave their secured vans onsite for the duration of the event (we will be providing night security patrols of the site)

Expressions of interest for the 2025 festival are now open
