FOOD VENDOR - APPLY
Expressions of interest for the 2022 Festival are closed, please check back later in the year for 2023 festival
ecofest 2022 is an exciting new chapter for the festival as we move to a bigger and bolder venue, Camp Clayton. This new venue will provide a space that allows for greater indoor capacity for stallholders and patrons in the event of poor weather and the addition of a fabulous outdoor green space perfect for enjoying a mid-festival break where patrons can linger with a bite to eat and enjoy entertainment and activities.
With improved access to power, water and amenities we are able to significantly increase our offering to stallholders and out capacity for patrons.
The theme for 2022, Community Resilience - Together, We Do Make a Difference, was inspired by the many stories of groups worldwide who are leading our communities into a sustainable and safer future.
Here in the North West this event will bring our community together to make positive/sustainable/enduring changes to all of us who care about our planet and our future on it.
Food vendors will be situated on the large grassed area adjacent the main exhibitor halls. The new venue allows for increased stallholder numbers and better pedestrian flow so we anticipate crowd numbers will be increased from previous years.
Food vendor fee - $100
Access to power and water is available but must be clearly articulated on application so as to ensure supply can be guaranteed. Vendors that can supply their own power source will receive a $20 discount on their stallholder fee and will allow for greater flexibility in positioning. Vendors must supply own tagged electrical leads.
All food stallholders must ensure they comply with the requirements of the food hygiene standards under the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code and the Food Act 2003. and covid requirements
Temporary Food Stall Permits are available from the Central Coast Council, Ulverstone. These Permits will need to be sighted prior to the event and displayed on the day.
Preference will be given to vendors who can demonstrate their environmental practices and align with the principles of North West ecofest.
Access to the site for vehicles will be between 7:00am - 9:00am on Saturday 9th April 2022, and after 4:30pm. Drivers must follow the instructions of the Site Manager.
