Expressions of interest for the 2025 festival are now open.

​

Presenters:

Talks and workshops will be available in our dedicated workshop spaces adjacent to one of our main exhibitor spaces. Each presenter is allocated 40min talk/workshop with an additional 10 minutes either side for set up and pack up.  

​

1. Talk presenters:  will have access to audio visual equipment for their talk.

2. Workshops presenters: will have access to a small kitchenette, tables and power for a hands on demonstration.

 

Please note Audio visual equipment is only available in the Talk presenters room

​​

Access to the site for vehicles will be between 7:00am - 8.30am on Saturday , and after 4:00pm Sunday.

Drivers must follow the instructions from our Traffic marshals.
