An Invitation to Present at North West Ecofest

2027 Theme: "Sow, Grow, Keep – Feed Our Future"
For 2027, North West Ecofest is shining a spotlight on food security and self-sufficiency. Our program will explore practical ways to grow food at home—with a special focus on creative solutions for renters—alongside traditional and modern preservation techniques to store the harvest, seed save to name a few.
If you have an inspiring presentation, hands-on workshop, or practical demonstration aligned with these topics, we would love to hear from you! The possibilities are endless.
Information for Presenters & Workshop Hosts
Sessions will take place in dedicated spaces located adjacent to the main exhibitor hall. Each booking includes a 40-minute presentation or workshop slot, flanked by a 10-minute buffer before and after for setup and pack-down.
Session Formats & Facilities

Talk Presenters: Hosted in a presentation room fully equipped with Audio-Visual (AV) media support.

Workshop Hosts: Hosted in a practical space feature-packed for interactive learning, including tables, power access, and a small kitchenette for live demonstrations.

We also have outside spaces to cater for "messy " presentations and workshops or larger crowds

Some headline Demonstrations may be on the Main Stage. (Microphones available)
Please note: Audio-Visual equipment is available exclusively in the Talk Presenters room.
Logistics & Vehicle Access
To protect pedestrian safety, vehicle access inside the main event area is limited to:

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Sunday: After 4:00 PM (once the grounds are clear of pedestrians)
All drivers are required to follow the directions of our Traffic Marshals during bump-in and bump-out.

We would love to invite you to present at this year's festival!
To help us keep the festival financially sustainable while ensuring you feel supported and valued, we offer flexible presentation compensation options. When confirming your availability, please let us know which one of the following options works best for you:

Appearance Fee: Choose to receive our standard presenter fee.

On-Site Accommodation for those travelling from outer regions: Choose one or two nights of on-site accommodation at Camp Clayton (in lieu of an appearance fee). Two nights only available to those presenting both days

Travel Support: Choose a $50 petrol voucher to help cover your travel expenses (in lieu of an appearance fee and accommodation).

Choose to have $100 Credit toward your exhibitor site fee.

Gifted: Choose to donate your presentation time to help directly support this volunteer-led, zero-waste community event.
