An Invitation to Perform at North West Ecofest

North West Ecofest is built on community, sustainability, and collaboration.

As an event run entirely by passionate volunteers, we know how much heart

goes into grassroots work—and we deeply value the local musicians who bring

our event to life.We would love to invite you to perform at this year's festival!

To help us keep the festival financially sustainable while ensuring you feel supported and valued, we offer flexible performance compensation options. When confirming your availability, please let us know which one of the following options works best for you:

  • Appearance Fee: Choose to receive our standard musician performance fee.

  • On-Site Accommodation for those travelling from outer regions: Choose one or two nights of on-site accommodation at Camp Clayton (in lieu of an appearance fee). Two nights only available to those performing both days

  • Travel Support: Choose a $50 petrol voucher to help cover your travel expenses (in lieu of an appearance fee and accommodation).

  • Gifted Performance: Choose to donate your performance time to help directly support this volunteer-led, zero-waste community event.
